1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or enrolling in the Belief Bioscope™ programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enrol or use the service.
2. About the Service
Belief Bioscope™ is a 7-day digital self-reflection programme that includes daily reflection prompts, two private 1:1 coaching sessions with ICF-certified coaches, and access to a private community group. The programme is delivered entirely online and is offered by Eliza Coaching and Consultancy.
3. Not Therapy or Medical Advice
Belief Bioscope™ is a coaching and self-reflection experience. It is NOT psychotherapy, counselling, medical advice, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for any of these. If you are experiencing a mental-health condition or are in crisis, please consult a qualified medical or mental-health professional. Eliza Coaching and Consultancy is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes you experience based on the content of this programme.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
5. Payment, Pricing & Refunds
The current programme fee is ₹6,999 (one-time). We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee: if by Day 3 of the programme you do not feel clearer about yourself, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of programme start — no questions asked. After the 3-day window, the fee is non-refundable. All payments are processed through our payment partner (TagMango); we do not store your card details.
6. Programme Access & Conduct
Access to the community and the coaching sessions is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to communicate respectfully with coaches and other members. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund if you violate community guidelines, behave abusively, harass other members, or breach these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the Belief Bioscope™ programme — including reflection templates, frameworks, recordings, written materials, the Belief Bioscope™ name, logo, and branding — is the intellectual property of Eliza Coaching and Consultancy. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publicly share, or use this content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
8. Confidentiality
What is shared in your private 1:1 sessions and within the community is treated as confidential by our coaches and is expected to be treated as confidential by all participants. You agree not to record sessions or share other members' personal stories outside the community without their explicit permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eliza Coaching and Consultancy, its founders, coaches, contractors, and team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of income, loss of data, or business losses — arising from or related to your participation in the programme. Our total aggregate liability in any event shall be limited to the amount you actually paid for the programme.
10. No Guarantee of Results
While the programme is designed to support clarity and personal insight, individual outcomes vary. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that you will achieve any specific result, transformation, or improvement.
11. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to deliver the programme — your name, email address, and payment details (the last of which are processed by our payment partner). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely to deliver the programme and to communicate with you about it.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date below. Your continued use of the programme after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, India.
